This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students are mostly from 100% low income families. They love to learn math but lack basic supplies to practice and create innovative work.

Basic supplies helps my students to be creative.

By using color paper, my students will be able to create interesting projects in math like proving geometrical theorems such as angle sum of a triangle is 180 degrees and many such theorems.

These supplies will encourage my students to add color to their work and they will enthusiastically complete projects and learn math concepts. Colored papers help in team work competition and display. It boosts their anxiety to learn math.
