Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school uses a reward point system to encourage positive behavior. Students can get points for demonstrating productivity, respect, integrity, determination, and empathy. Students can earn these points from all of their teachers and can save them up to exchange for rewards.

I have 150 students and have my own positive behavior points store, in my classroom; students can exchange these points for fun incentive prizes; these prizes not only reward students and their positive behavior, but encourage students to continue to display positive behaviors.

I teach middle school and nothing excites a middle schooler more than food and snacks. I need to restock my store with some delicious treats that will show my students that their positive behaviors are appreciated and I am appreciative of all the hard work they do.
