This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials I included in this project will be of great help to my students and to my project with the the High School called, Project SMILE(Simple Math Intervention for Learners Excellence). Kids nowadays are having trouble with simple Mathematics problems and calculation. There are students who find it difficult compared to others. So one way to teach them is the use of Virtual Mathematics applied with the Meta Quest 3. Something that they enjoy makes it easier for them to fully understand the concepts. And this will also be one of the ways that they can have fun doing Math.

The basic skills in Mathematics is very vital, regardless of the career a student chooses to pursue and relating it with the gadgets that they enjoy the most, will be of fun.

This school based numeracy program for the 21st century students is made to alleviate numeracy problem of our High School to improve academic outcomes.
